Bahriye Ceyhan Cavdar

After completing law school, Bahriye built her administrative law practice through advocacy before tribunals, with a focus on procedural strategy and statutory interpretation. She continued developing her administrative law expertise by resolving disputes, interpreting international conventions and legislation, and rendering impartial decisions within a federal framework.

Bomin (Helen) Kim

Bomin helps organizations address complex legal matters by drawing on her multidisciplinary background in science and law. Prior to starting Ceyhan and Kim LLP, Bomin worked at a boutique law firm based in Ottawa, Ontario where she successfully advised clients on trade remedy cases, customs appeals, and other trade tariff issues under the Special Import Measures Act, the Customs Act, and the Export and Import Permits Act. In this capacity, she reviewed commercial contracts, analyzed company policies and practices to ensure adherence with Canadian statutes and regulations, made written and verbal submissions before federal administrative agencies, and contributed to developing and executing litigation strategies in trade-related proceedings.
