After completing law school, Bahriye built her administrative law practice through advocacy before tribunals, with a focus on procedural strategy and statutory interpretation. She continued developing her administrative law expertise by resolving disputes, interpreting international conventions and legislation, and rendering impartial decisions within a federal framework.

Bomin (Helen) Kim

Bomin has experience working at a boutique international trade and customs law firm based in Ottawa. She has experience supporting clients across a range of trade related matters including advising on trade remedy cases, customs appeals, and other trade tariff issues. She also has experience preparing and making submissions before administrative agencies and supporting litigation strategies in trade-related proceedings.

Bomin brings a multidisciplinary background in science and law to complex business and trade matters. By applying her advanced academic training, Bomin provides research driven advice to corporate clients navigating business environments in Canada.
